I'm not sure what you mean by "TurboTax Intuit funding reversal", so I'm going to take a guess.   The $110 you mentioned is the fee for a Deluxe Federal return at $60 plus a state return at $50.   So are you asking about an auto-debit (draft) that occurred to pay your TurboTax fees?    If that resulted in an overdraft for non-sufficient funds, there is a process to recover the overdraft fees.  There's a special phone number in the FAQ that I'll provide below.

See if the following is your situation:

If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), TurboTax will want to be paid.  They likely started sending you emailed bills to pay.  If you didn't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they would ultimately debit your bank account.   If you didn't get the emails, check other email accounts and also the spam/junk folders.
