TT WON'T IMPORT FROM QUICKEN

We've used TT and Quicken for over 20 years.

We just tried to Import from Quicken Classic DeLuxe (R53.32)  into TT Premier (23.000.036), but we keep getting an error message:

Quicken Classic Deluxe does not offer an option to create a "TXF File" (and TT won't recognize our QXF Export either).

Quicken works perfectly with our data, and we've never had this problem with prior Imports to TT.

We even created a new Quicken Backup (QDF), but TT would not Import that either.

We'd sure appreciate some help on this....

You do need TXF file.  Contact Quicken support to see if they have a solution.

Turns out the instructions for creating that File are buried so deep that even 20+ year Quicken users can't easily find them.

SUGGESTION: Since other TT / Quicken veterans also have this problem, TT needs to rewrite the TT IMPORT Error Message with clearer instructions (as "grundel" level 2 did at the above link).
