Trying to upload my 1099-INT from Fidelity to TurboTax. They are saying that my username and/or password is incorrect. But it is correct when I log into Fidelity website.

I logged onto the website and the app for Fidelity and my username and password is correct on both. But when I try to upload my documents to TurboTax , it says my username/password is incorrect when I try the same credentials.

Are you sure they aren't asking for an account number and document number (not username/password)? This would be on the document itself.  That is how it works for TDA.

I am positive. They are asking for my Fidelity.com Username & Fidelity.com Password

You may want to try manually entering your 1099-INT from Fidelity or feel free to contact customer support for additional assistance. I have provided their information below.
