Today 2621 was supposed to come out of my checking for taxes 2100 for federal and 521 for state but only 2100 came out of my account. How do I pay the state tax

Will it withdraw from my account or do I have to take action on my end

Don't take any action just yet. 

Funds are usually withdrawn on the payment date you've specified, as long as your e-filed return was already accepted, so keep checking your bank account.
