Taxes paid that I forgot to list in taxes already paid

If you sent payments to IRS and indicated they be applied to a specific tax year that is not filed yet, then those funds should be showing as a credit on that account and will be applied to any taxes owed or refund when you file the return. So no need to do anything at this point (except file your return, of course).
