Does Turbo Tax have any kind of response to this problem that's been going on for some time now? I've tried filing federal without state (NC), but I still get the same message. As recommended in other posts, I've tried a different browser and cleared my cache, but nothing works. If Turbo Tax would just address the issue and provide a response to the many people posting about this problem it would be very helpful. They didn't have any problem taking my money, but it seems they have a problem providing service. I've used Turbo Tax for many years without any problems, but this lack of customer service when there's a problem is likely to make me rethink my options next year.
