Had Obamacare in 2016. Paid it out of my own pocket. Did not receive any tax breaks because I supposedly make too much money . Can I include my monthly premiums towards my healthcare expenses?

Sorry to keep on this. Just don't want to get in trouble. This is what the TurboTax page says:

How much did you spend on insurance premiums?
Tell us about any insurance premiums you paid for out-of-pocket. Learn more
Don't include premiums for:
health insurance you paid pretax out of your paycheck
self-employed health insurance
an Affordable Care Act plan (also known as Obamacare) Learn more
health insurance if you got a Form 1095-A

So, on this page, it's saying that I can't count the premiums if I had insurance through the ACA.

You are correct - don't enter the health insurance premiums in the medical expense section if you got your insurance through the federal or state Marketplace (Obama-care).  They will be taken into consideration when you enter your 1095-A form.
