Have you tried closing out and restarting the program? If that doesn't work, you can escalate reporting this issue here. This will ensure it gets routed to the appropriate team:

It appears my FED Return processed correctly, but most of my State tax return is missing, it was already submitted and accepted ? What can I do about this ?
