Issue with Cares Act Donation, no matter what I put in even 0 it won't take it. Can't finish and efile because it stops asking for a review of this section.

If you are referring to the Charitable Cash Contributions under the Cares Act, then please review this thread for some insight as it relates to the topic. Now if your issue is seemingly technical, then try clearing cache and deleting cookies and re-attempting the steps and see what happens.
