ISO stock sales showing up in W2 and 1099-B

I did a cashless exercise and sale of some company ISOs last year. The net income from those appears to be showing up in my W2, but also in my 1099-B. When I enter the W2 into TurboTax, the federal taxes due goes up as expected, but then it goes up again when entering the 1099-B - effectively showing double taxation for the same stock sale.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

you have to report the basis of the vested stock, which is the amount of extra wages.

After including the commission, your Schedule D should show a small loss.
