Is "FEPLA" the same as "paid family leave"?

turbo tax asks if I took "paid family leave."  I'm wondering if this is the same as  Federal Employee Paid Leave Act (FEPLA) ?  Thank you.

The Federal Employee Leave Act (FEPLA), makes paid parental leave available to certain categories of Federal civilian employees.   If you are a federal employee then FEPLA would be the same as paid family leave.
