Im trying to e file, smart check feature keeps taking me back to fix a crp property tax or parcel number. everything is correct but it won't let me finish.

There appears to be a detail missing on your Certificate, perhaps from Worksheet 1 for the 2020 Form M1PR, Property Tax Refund Return. Instead of fixing it from Check this Entry, return to your state interview by selecting State from the left menu and Continue. 

From there, run through the interview again until returning to the Certificate of Rent Paid.

Scroll through the form to make sure all the details are included.

You will need your 2020 CRP and the Statement of Property Taxes Payable in 2021 that was received in March 2021 to complete your 2020 return.
