I put mutual funds into a trust. Company sent me 2 1099-div forms. which one do I use for taxes

One is before the trust and another after I put the funds into a trust. Any help would be nice.

You enter BOTH 1099-div forms. One is earnings before you put them into the trust. The other is for earnings after they were in the trust.

.just enter what is on the 1099-r you received.  Payer Name and address, Payer TIN number, Not your Name and Address and TIN number. Then enter what is in each box number greater than 0.   Do this for each 1099-r you received.
