You do not enter a 1095-B form.
Did you perhaps accidentally indicate that you had a policy from the Marketplace? (it's easier to do than you think).
If so, try this:
Do a Search (upper right) for 1095-a and click on the jump-to result. Mac users need to look in the Topic List for 1095-a.
If you have entered one or more 1095-A forms or even said that maybe you had insurance under the Affordable Care Act, then you should see a table that lists all the 1095-As that were entered (maybe just one).
Look to the right and click Delete or the trash can icon. Continue with your return and see if that clears the problem.
