I just started a trading business, no TTS status. Can I get any deduction?

Is there a type of entity (Sole, Single member, S-Corp or Partnership) that does not have to have TTS status to claim tax deduction as a trader?

Those entities will get less scrutiny is about all. The trading still has to rise above the level of an investment activity.
