I have 3 locality names i do not know the proper ones to enter. one is down as RSM-new and the other is 002-ohio. what is the proper locality name? and municipality

002 sounds like Albany school district. If you are trying to enter the W2 information, the RSM will automatically pop the OH connection, while the  002 requires you to scroll to OH. Enter W2 just as what is in your hands. The lines expand and you can keep adding all the locality information you need.
