I didn’t have insurance for Jan-April so on my 1095 the amount is $0 but turbo tax keeps saying there is an issue

Why is this happening and anyone have an idea how to work around it? Will I get rejected due to this?

For any month that has zero in all three columns, do not enter the zeros. Leave all three columns empty for that month.
