i cannot efile

i cannot efile when I call the phone number it asks me for a case number i give it a case number it says its invalid it then asks me for a different phone number and eventually hangs up on me...i want to file my taxes i have been trying to do this since 11:00 this morning it is now 8:40 at night i want to talk to a person

What happens when you try to efile? Are you getting an error?
