How do I stop getting notifications from questions, topics, threads I asked to the community?

I'm getting like 20 replies to my thread daily. Its very annoying.

Also how do I revoke a "best answer" without choosing a "new best answer".

When you are logged in, click your Profile icon at the top of the screen and select My Settings and, from that point, select Subscriptions and Notifications.

Is there any way of de-selecting "best answer" without having to select a new best answer?
