Form 1095-A is for insurance from the Marketplace ("Obamacare"). If you didn't have insurance from the Marketplace you would not have gotten a 1095-A.
You don't enter a Form 1095-C in your tax return. It doesn't affect your taxes. Just keep it with your tax records in case there is any question about what kind of health insurance you had.
If TurboTax is asking you to enter 1095-A information, you probably accidentally answered Yes when it asked if you received a 1095-A. To change that answer, type 1095-a in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to 1095-a." That should take you back to the screen that asks whether you received a 1095-A, and you can answer No.
