You have to be in your actual tax return for the tools to show up in the left hand side at the bottom. You can remove the form and likely you will have a higher fee than previously calculated but at least it will go through.

Thank you!! But can I add it back in after i delete it? It seems like i need that form?
There are two ways that I found to get to that screen.
Go do "Other Tax Situations"
Go to "Additional Tax Payments"
Top of that list should show "Underpayment Penalties"
Click Revisit
But, when it ask if I want to "Annualizing your tax" I said no.
I'm still getting the same error.
Good luck
I found a solution that worked for me.
Delete Form 2210.
The error was gone and I was able to e-file.
Solution found at 10:00 PM on April 14th.
To close for me taste.
This is still broken and its insane. Stuck in a loop, already made me pay for the filing service, and now its saying to talk to a live person i need to spedn $170? This is unreal. Ive been using turbo tax for years and i will never again use their service.
Where did you do this at? Was it on the part where you were entering your W2? or somewhere else?

Hi there, I'm still receiving this error. What can I do to fix it? I need to file by tomorrow!!
Try deleting Form 2210. If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies. Step through the Estimated Payments section again (if you made them) and check your entries to let Form 2210 repopulate.
You're not required to file Form 2210. You can let the the IRS calculate your penalty (if there is one) and bill you.
Here's more detailed info on Form 2210.
This is unacceptable Intuit! A similar issue happened to me last year and I had to pay myself to print and mail at the 11 th hour! I need refund for the 2023 and 2024!
