Filed 83(b) election. Fair Market Value paid on granted shares. No gain from granted shares this year.

All employees made 83(b) election this year. Fair Market Value was paid on granted shares. No gain from granted shares this year.

Should the company still need to include granted shares information in W2

If it is, please tell me how.

Also, some independent contracts did not pay anything for their shares but their gain is less than $600.

Should the company still need to issue 1099- Misc?

Perhaps the following TurboTax Help article will be of some value.

I'm working in the finance of the company.

I'm actually asking from the employer's position how W2 needs to be issued when the reported amount is zero.
