If you are receiving an error when attempting to pay your TurboTax fees, please confirm the card is an accepted payment method (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) and that your contact information on file is accurate.

You may also try closing out of TurboTax and clear your cache and delete cookies. Then sign back into your TurboTax account. If that does not work, try a different browser.

I need to change my email and cannof find any way to do that.  I am stuck and cannot finish my taxes.

Follow these steps to update your email address:

1. Sign in to your Intuit account
2. Select Sign in & security
3. Select Email address
4. Enter your new email address, confirm it and select Save
