How do I report Unreported tip income?

FAQ says check Unreported Tips, then on the next screen enter total tips and total of tips under $20 per month. I only get the line for tips under $20 per month and not the total tip line. ??

During the unreported tip interview, TurboTax asks Were your tips ever $20 a month or more? (Click the first screenshot below for reference.) When you click Yes, the next screen lets you enter both tips that were $20 per month or more and tips that were less than $20 per month. (Click the second screenshot below.) If you accidentally clicked No on the previous screen, you won't see the line for "$20 per month or more".

I don't see the option to report tips over $20. It only give me a box for less than $20 and gives me an error if I put more than $288 for the year.
