IRS Rejected my e-file. My wife and I received two W2 forms from our small company with the same salary info for each of us. They are the same amounts, but for different people. E-file rejected since it thought the W2 was a duplicate for one person. While it is the same numbers, each one is for two different people with separate SSN as printed on each W2. In TurboTax each W2 is entered under each person's name. What can I do?

Increase the amount one one of them by $1, and decrease the other by $1.
That seems to have worked! Thanks so much for the advice.
I am having the exact same issue but our W2s are for different amounts. So the only thing the same is the business information. Any suggestions? I used Turbo Tax last year and didn't have this issue.
