H&R Block works fine. It will work great, particularly for simple returns.

Yes, I realize that.  All I wanted to do was to check a calculation that I had made last year.  I had to log into my account and perform all these verification steps in order to get the verification code for software I bought and used last year.  I am sure glad that every time I use an office product I don't have to take all these steps.

You're not the first to report that type of incident. It seems to happen randomly and I'm not sure there's a way to resolve it.
