Other Fidelity users have reported the same problem. You might want to just enter the transactions manually.
if others have reported the same issue why is this bug not fixed - many users of turbo tax product paid for this import process to work smoothly?
I have not seen this problem mentioned with other financial institutions so the problem might be with Fidelity.
Does not work for me. Scary, because I already put in my password to import and it just sits there. Doesn't spin or act like it is doing anything. I have to back out of it and close the window, again, AFTER leaving my password out there...
That's the truth!
There is a MAJOR issue with TT interfacing with Fidelity. I reported a similar problem a week ago (on the fone with a TT 'support' person). It will log me in and get data - but it never logs off of Fidelity! It appears Fidelity logged TT off about an hour later due to no activity (as Fidelity normally does w=hen you 'do nothing' on the website while you were logged in.)
I don't know where the problem lies - but this is friggin dangerous!
