Dependent 2018 but not 2019; filed both years

My 2018 return, I was listed as a dependent. 2019 I was not and filed single. When I submitted my 2019 taxes in February the pandemic shut the office down causing delays on my return. Months later it processed and received my Return in August but to this day (10/21/2020) I have not received a stimulus payment nor can I receive an answer to conclude if I were eligible. Another problem which was resolved 10/21/2020 was that I needed to complete the 8962 form.

Would this cause a delay in determining my eligibility?

Did the IRS use the data received from 2018?

If there is any insight on this please let me know.

Thank you

No way to know but my daughter filed in February and also has no information about her stimulus.  The good news is that you can get it when you file your 2020 return next year if you haven’t received it by then.
