Can I still file my 2023 taxes?

@monsegomezmx , your best bet for  filing a 2023 tax year return :

(a)  prepare using  TurboTax  download/ CD versions  OR  Use IRS forms ( downloaded .pdf and fill out by hand/ pdf  filler )

(b) File by mail

TurboTax on-line  is not available ( I think ) --- IRS also has moved on to 2024  e-files -- usually they all stop around  12/15 .

Is this what you meant  or am I in total left field.
