Can I select which state tax returns to include in my turbo tax filing? I want to include one state (NJ) & do the second (PA) on my own since there is no tax liability.

Yes, as you go through the electronic filing process you can select which state you wish to electronically file along with your Federal return.  If you want to print and mail the other state, you can select 'file by mail' for that one.

If you do not want to file the second state by mail through TurboTax, you may need to delete that state return altogether or you could be charged for using the TurboTax state software to create the return.  Pay close attention to the fees to be sure.
