Can I cancel a return that got rejected?

I have two accounts and I used the wrong account to file but it got rejected twice on the second account so I want to just try and file on my other account is that a possibility?

When your return is rejected, it was never accepted and you try to file it again.  But if the reason for the reject exists in the newly created return, it will reject again.
