I am working on Schedule F and have a screen that asks for At-Risk Carryovers for Schedule F, Schedule D, and/or Form 4797. Where exactly do I find this information? Turbo Tax is usually good about directing you to the specific form and line. Why not for this and why doesn't it automatically import?

If you have loss carryovers from 2021 to report on your 2022 taxes, you should be able to find your Carryover Worksheet from your 21 return to give you the information you need. Once you check the box that you have carryovers to report, TurboTax will provide the lines to enter the losses for.
My 2021 worksheet has no entries but there were losses.
I should say that my 2021 worksheet has QBI carryover for Schedule F. What is regular tax carryover for Schedule F and where do I find it on the worksheet?
If you reported a loss on your Schedule F that was not reported in full on your Form 1040 Schedule 1, your loss was limited. It was then either carried back or forward depending on prior years' income levels. If you had any regular tax carryovers they would show on your carryover worksheet from 2021.
Does Turbo Tax populate the worksheet or do I have to?
TurboTax should populate the worksheet for you. But you should double check.
