The Partnership doesn't file any quarterly forms  unless they have employees ... then payroll tax forms must be filed. 

 

If you were asking about your personal estimated tax payments that will be reported on your personal tax return then use form 1040-ES for the fed and check with your state for their equivalent form.

what does it do?  venture capital is meaningless in that it could engage in activities other than just investing capital.   you lawyer might be the best source. 

 

for example, you'll need to file a tax return based on the type of entity the VC.  there may also be state tax return requirements.  have foreign bank accounts, foreign investors, foreign investments more reporting. 

 

 

 

there could be filing requirements, not necessarily tax returns, with the SEC or AG's or other officials of states where you have investments.

I meant from a personal tax perspective for the individual GP, not the fund itself.
