If you are referring to a TurboTax Online account, then the answer is no.
You must file one set of returns (Federal and state if applicable) per account per person or jointly filing couple. If you use the same account to file more than one set of returns, then the first returns filed will be overwritten and lost.
Create a new account if you need to file multiple returns.
If you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, then each set of returns must be saved in their own file. You can create multiple returns using the same downloaded program as long as they are saved separately.
