1095-A

I received a 1095-A, it says that I paid just over $20,000 for coverage.  I did not.  I got a CCC from my insurance company and spoke to the fine people at healthcare.gov.  They are sending a voided 1095-A to the IRS.  Do I need to wait the 45+ days that this will take to happen before I file  and if so how will I know that its been received by the IRS?  Or, can I file right a way?

1095-A

You can go ahead and file your return.  If the papers haven't yet reached the IRS and they are confused, they will send you a letter.
