1040X

In filing a 1040X for an increase in qualified dividends w/ no change to total dividends (hence a $108 refund), what besides the 1040X need be filed?  Old & new 1040?  Tax calc worksheet?

Include with 1040X any form that has changed because of the amended return. So that would be your 1040. Wouldn’t hurt to include the tax calc sheet as well but I’m not sure it is necessary.
