Question about repayment in G-1099 form

Following question was asked in Form G-12 section:

repay.png

My spouse took family leave and got paid from WA state. There was no repayment made to WA state as everything was correct. But for one of the pay period, mistakenly, her employer paid her but they realized the issue and asked us to repay that immediately, which we did. My understanding is, this question is nothing to do with that repayment, right? It is about the repayment made to the state, in case it happens, which didn't happen for our case. So, for us, the answer would be NO, right?

Yes, you are correct.  That question is related to repayment to the state for the benefits reported on the 1099-G that you entered.
