Quarterly Tax Payments Not Showing Up

Hi

I have entered most of the info needed for my 2019 taxes.  However when it does its check it says that I I owe taxes AND that I owe a late penalty.  

Theo things:

 1) I paid quarterly and paid more than the liability is showing

 2) I paid on time and have the bank records to show it

I need to find out why my payments are not reflected in Turbo Tax.  Is there somewhere that is pulls that info in?  Or do I need to manually add my payments?
