Qualified Disaster Distribution and Repayment

Can someone tell me if I need to amend my 2020 taxes so I have an 8915 for qualified distribution of which 100K was paid back in 2022. When it was withdrawn in 2020 we did not think we could pay any of back so it was not taken as a qualified disaster distribution so we have no 8915-E included with our 2020 tax return - and i need to now claim the rollover (repayment?) of 100K on our 2022 taxes. Help please.

No, not 2022. If you actually qualified, you should amend your tax return for 2020. The repayment will be subtracted from your income reported on 2020. See page 3 for amending a return due to repayment on 8915-E. See:
