It's not clear what your question is. If you have been using the product regularly, what do you need help with?

If you are trying to install or activate TurboTax for 2020 now, you can't do that. TurboTax no longer supports the 2020 software, and it cannot be activated.

According to that great source of knowledge Wikipedia, Fry's Electronics became defunct in February 2021.
