Property taxes

we are trying to file the property tax refund also but nothing we have has a line 20... everything we have tried tells us there is no refund due to us even though we have paid plenty of house/property taxes. should we just file through the state instead?

We would like to help you but need more information. Please clarify. Are you trying to report property taxes that you paid last your on your return? There's not a property tax refund on the federal tax return.
