Can I include the purchase of a HE washing machine as a Property Asset for a rental property?

Enter it in the rental section, however the program will most likely suggest you "expense" it with the safe harbor or Section 179.

Go into Rentals

Review

Select Edit for the property

Scroll down to Sale of Property/ Depreciation

Yes, go to summary

Select "Add an Asset" at the bottom left of the screen
