Program won't let me pay with US card that has US billing address as my residence is out of country

I use this card with all purchases in US.

It's highly possible that the program is denying the card due to the foreign address. Due to Privacy Settings if the card doesn't match with what should be in the system it might make it a bit troublesome for you to use it. I recommend calling Product Support to see if they can over ride this issue or have you submit the payment through them.
