Program is frozen and can't file

I am trying to pay for e-file and the program is frozen on the Billing Address page.  It freezes up on both the state and federal filing.  I've shut it down and started over but can't get past the screen.  Everything else works and is NOT frozen.

Program is frozen and can't file

This happens from time to time.  Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then try again.
