Processing time for tax payment when extension is filed

I filed an extension today (July 15th) using TurboTax. But since I owed taxes I provided the amount to be paid including the bank-name, routing number and account number when filing extension. The extension was accepted.

But the amount has not been deducted from my bank yet. Should I have to pay any late payment charges if the payment does not get deducted from my bank account before the end of day today?

What is the usual payment processing time for a situation like this?
