The total on the Canadian Retirement Summary page is the total taxable amount. When you entered the amount of the distribution, what did you enter for the taxable part? If you entered zero or left the taxable part blank, that's why the total on the summary page is zero.

Thank you for your quick reply but unfortunately, I couldn't get it working,  My Canadian NR4 has two entries: Gross Income and Tax Withholding.  I enter Gross Income (in USD) both in the box "Interest Income" and in "Total Ordinary Dividends".  Other boxes "Qualified Dividents", "Short Term Capital Gain" and "Lomg Term Capital Gain" are blank.  But the calculation shows a blank value on the "Canadian Retirement Summary" page! Please comment,  Many thanks.
