Hi Intuit. I called your help line for support (with a support ID). I was offered a callback, chose that option and hung up. About 10 minutes later I received a call first identifying itself as TurboTax support, but then transferred me to a (help center?) where all I heard was loud speaking in the background in another language - as if it was another support person working on another call. Basically I was transferred to an empty line. Since there is no other way to report this problem to you, thought I'd give you a head's up. If you care, your support line needs work.
