First, check that your printer is working by printing something else.
Here are some other general troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Shut your computer and printer down for 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
- Make sure your printer and computer have all updates installed.
- If using TurboTax Desktop, make sure you've downloaded all updates.
You can also try this:
1) Use the "Save to PDF" option in the "File" menu of the desktop program and save a copy of your returns to location you can easily find on your computer.
2) Open the PDF of your returns in your PDF reader program (acrobat, Preview, etc.) and use that program to print to your local printer.
