Premium?? Nope. JV operation. I paid for TurboTax Live Premium, requested a call, never called, then requested again online and they said no one was available before 4/15.

I paid for a review of my return. I have not had that as promised. I requested several call backs and none of those recent requests were followed through with. I requested a final review (3 times) and they prompted me that there was no availability until after 4/15.
