I've paid up front  for the Advantage Download now  it seems  I am again being charged  a seconfd time in order to file my return.  I would like to speacke to someone so a phone number is requested

Please simply tell me if they will be available right now or in several hours from now before I commit to anything. I want to know the actual terms so I can make an informed decision. I don't like that you keep ignoring my question and responding by telling me to sign up without letting me know when.

I don't need billing. I need to speak with someone directly about my taxes I  also need to get my PPP loan submitted, but the questions I have regarding my taxes will also affect those loans. No one is available for  3 more hours to speak to.
